While CEOs, CFOs and CMOs all know how to measure visible indicators such as ROI, sales and revenue, to be effective, HR professionals typically have to track ‘invisible assets’ such as employee engagement, job satisfaction and the impact of company culture. It’s hard to manage something you cannot see, cannot accurately measure and cannot purchase. But it’s not impossible.
